Anne-Sophie Fluri is a neuroscientist who designs and delivers wellbeing programmes on site: residencies, wellness weeks, member events and workshops, each built around the property and its guests.
A daily schedule of guided practices and talks woven into the guest experience, with the length of the stay and session mix agreed around your property.
Wellness week curation
Schedule design for a themed week, including sessions, talks and coordination with the spa and food and beverage teams. Delivered in person, or designed for the in-house team to run.
Member event series
A run of talks or brunches for a members club or hotel membership programme, on one theme or a season of themes.
Single workshop
An immersive session on one topic, such as the science of sleep, stress or focus. The length and format are tailored to the audience and the time available.
Content collaboration
Instagram takeovers, co-created posts and reels, and short educational clips filmed on the property. Content, channels and deliverables are agreed as part of the brief.
Methods
Methods, and why these ones
Everything in a programme has a mechanism behind it that can be explained to a guest in plain language. That rule decides what makes it onto the schedule.
Support guests through active days in the mountains.
Programme
A custom schedule mixing evidence-based meditation, yoga nidra and breathwork. Morning sessions prepared guests for hiking and mountain biking. Evening sessions eased them into sleep and taught them how to unwind.
Guest takeaway
A repeatable rhythm for an active stay: prepare for the day, recover after activity, and settle into rest.
Wellness event curation for a membership of high performers.
Programme
A curated series of wellness events plus an immersive workshop on the science of sleep.
Guest takeaway
Practical ways to prepare for sleep and recognise the daily habits that can make it easier to wind down.
Process
How a residency is built
Brief.
A call to understand the property, the guest profile, the season and what is already on offer (spa, activities, food and beverage).
Design.
A programme proposal setting out sessions, timings, talks and the purpose of each. The schedule is developed with your in-house team.
Delivery.
On site for the agreed period. Sessions, talks and, where agreed, content filmed for the property's channels.
After.
Practical takeaways help guests revisit what they have learned. Your team receives the agreed content and a debrief on the programme.
Scope, timings and guest materials are agreed with your team before delivery.
